KENTUCKY SALES REPRESENTATIVE

In Every Language is hiring a positive self-starter for B2B translation sales in the Kentucky market.  The Sales Representative's chief responsibility will be to generate new customers for the company, growing and expanding the In Every Language client base.  The ideal candidate will have experience in service sales, self-drive, good English writing skills, and a solid grasp of American business etiquette.  While fluency in a foreign language is not mandatory, the Sales Representative must have a multicultural sensibility and must understand how different languages ebb and flow in different ways.

FREELANCE INTERPRETERS

While In Every Language will accept resumes from qualified, freelance interpreters working in any language pair in any location, we are particularly interested in receiving resumes from those in the Greater Louisville, Lexington, Cincinnati, Nashville, Memphis, Chattanooga, and rural Kentucky and Tennessee areas.  While various languages are in more need in certain geographic areas that others, those languages most in demand in the Louisville area include Vietnamese, Arabic, German, Japanese, Bosnian, Chen, Somali, and the Koren dialect of Burmese.  All interpreters working with In Every Language must agree to uphold the National Council on Interpreting in Health Care Code of Ethics.  In Every Language is not hiring telephone interpreters at this time. Freelance interpreters must sign In Every Language's Confidentiality Agreement and our Independent Contractor Agreement for Interpreters before beginning work.

FREELANCE TRANSLATORS

Applications from qualified translators are welcome from all points of the globe, in all specialties and all languages. In Every Language only hires translators working into their native or heritage language in order to assure the most accurate documents possible for our clients. It is not necessary to speak English to be one of our contractors (unless, of course, you claim to work from or into English); however, to communicate effectively with our staff, fluency in English or French is to your advantage. We accept applications in both languages.  Translators must perform work professionally and on-time. While both Mac and PC users are welcome, you must have access to Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point, and Adobe Acrobat, as these are the formats our clients most often request. Ready access to the internet is also a necessity. Freelance translators must sign In Every Language's Confidentiality Agreement before beginning work.

FOR ALL POSITIONS, please submit your resume to resumes [at] ineverylanguage.com, following these guidelines:

1) Note which position you're applying for in the subject line.
2) Do not include attachments (we prefer you cut and paste your cv into the text).
3) Do not cc your information to any other addresses with our company.
4) If you have previously submitted your resume, do not send it again as we immediately add qualified candidates to our system.  Changes in contact information or credentials are welcome; however, "flooders" are deleted from our database immediately.
5) Email with questions before calling.
6) ABSOLUTELY NO APPLICANTS WILL BE RECEIVED IN PERSON AT OUR OFFICES.

Applications not following correct procedure will not be considered.

 Thank you.
